Quasi is a true German Shepherd, just shortened because of his rare health condition. Four-year-old Quasimodo has short-spine syndrome. This means he lacks some bones of his vertebrae, making him not being able to do what other normal dogs would. Like bending down during feeding or whenever he needs to pick up something from the floor. Despite his condition, Quasi is a normal playful German Shepherd that is being sheltered in Secondhand Hounds in Minnesota, USA.
