Even if sodas are already widely known to be dangerous for our health, why do we still drink it? There’s just no denying that this thirst-quenching liquid has already been a part of our life.
Having sodas occasionally is still quite acceptable. But to some, sadly it may probably already become an addiction to them to take at least one bottle of soda a day.
If only soda companies have been honest about the ingredients of these drinks, like if they say it’s a diet drink or sugar-free, it in fact contains artificial sweeteners which actually results to negative health prospects, including being overweight or even obese, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
